Heard over 60 speakers in 2 days last week at the 140 Characters Conference in NYC. Great insight on Social Media and Twitter. But, for me, this is the biggest take away from the show—2 words: “Thank You” This is what your parents told you to do and it’s how we show people on the other end of the twitter conversation that we care. @lizstrauss gets it. db
