Another note from my little 140 Characters Conference [twitter] notebook. Can’t remember who said this but it was important enough for me to write in down and then take a photo of it. Why? Well for a business, unless your “tweets” are from a real person that has real passion, your “twitter campaign” will certainly go unnoticed. If your biz is going to be on twitter find someone who’s passionate about it to “tweet” about it. This person, or Rock Star, doesn’t need to be in the marketing dept. or even an employee - but they do need to be authentic and passionate about your brand.
In my next post I’ll list a few people tweeting for companies (big & small) that are doing it right. (#140conf)
